The Confidence You Wear Wins the Game
Clad to Win is a publication devoted to turning the way you dress into business results. It does not chase trends, and it sells no products. Built on the classic — the timeless principles that keep working across eras — it examines the essence of cloth, construction, and silhouette.
About the Author, Shogo Otomo
Shogo Otomo is a senior leader at a global company, present at negotiations and decisions held to a world standard. He also owns and runs his own company, making management decisions of his own.
His involvement with dress runs deep. Trained in the body of knowledge of an international image-consulting professional association, he has spent many years advising business people at every level — owners and executives, managers, and those just starting out — on how they dress. His career began at a luxury menswear shop with close ties to Classico Italia, where he learned fitting and selling firsthand.
Why This Publication Exists
Too many people lose ground because of how they dress — and never notice. That is the conclusion of many years spent on both sides: the front lines of business, and the fitting room.
Dress is a strategic instrument. It shapes how others judge you, how you think, and the air of the room. The gap between those who wear clothes knowing this and those who do not widens quietly, but surely, over a career. This publication exists to close that gap with knowledge you can actually read and use.
Editorial Policy
Speak in essentials — cloth, construction, silhouette. Serve one purpose only: sharpening the reader’s judgment. Never write beyond first-hand experience.
